FENDER TELECASTER THINLINE – 1969…..SOLD !

SERIAL NUMBER: 262710

NECK DATE: 3RD MAY 1969 ‘B’ neck

Folks, this guitar is a humdinger: even the original scratchplate is just about worn right through due to the previous owner’s obvious affection for this beaut ! Ok, well, it’s such a great guitar this is understandable ….. so we forgive him!

This seriously is a nice player: with typical Thinline light weight it feels great but sounds insane too. Strangely, although it must have been played lots, apart from the obvious wear it has very little signs of gigging damage anywhere, and in fact, apart from a few belt marks, this instrument is in really good shape considering.

This guitar has semi acoustic warmth, and a Telecaster bite all rolled into one

Lightweight, and perfect feel and balance too,
Fretboard wear [looks cool in that Clapton/Van Halen ‘maple fretboard neck’ way ]
5 way switch added,
Maple neck, black dot markers,
Ash body,
Standard Telecaster pickups,
Telecaster 3 Saddle Bridge still in place,
F neck plate
$6500
